For 8 years of managing Lex Capital, Inna has brought the company to the international level and ensured successful legal support of the Western business in Russia.
One of Inna’s last projects was assisting the startup to enter the international market during which several transnational deals on alienation of the intellectual property license were conducted, company assets structuring was performed at international level, and other corporate and intercorporate issues were solved.
